BNP 220 Pressure Blast Cabinet

BNP blast cabinets deliver efficient, affordable media blasting to clean, peen, deburr, or finish parts. The BNP 220's larger enclosure (50 by 39 by 43 inches tall) accepts powered turntables, ZERO's A-300 Automation Kit, and other Option Plus modifications. Shown with dry filter dust collector. Also available with optional reverse-pulse dust collector.

BNP 6012 & 7212 Pressure Blast Cabinets

BNP 6012 & 7212 Mini Blast Rooms deliver efficient, affordable media blasting to clean, peen, deburr, or finish parts. For tough cleaning jobs, pressure blasting delivers higher abrasive velocity for greater impact intensity, compared to suction blasting, and can increase your production rate by as much as 300 percent. For big jobs, the BNP 6012 and BNP 7212 offer the biggest work chambers available in manual blast cabinets - 58 by 58.5 by 50 inches tall and 69 by 72 by 60 inches tall, respectively. Available in suction and pressure models, ZERO's Mini Blast Rooms accept a wide array of Options Plus modifications. Add the basics, such as turntable and track with vertical door, or tailor the system to your application with oscillating arms, pass-through doors, multiple guns - even additional work stations. BNP-7212 shown with 900 CFM reclaimer and dry filter dust collector.

BNP 65 Pressure Blast Cabinet

BNP blast cabinets deliver efficient, affordable media blasting to clean, peen, deburr, or finish parts. The BNP 65 (enclosure size: 36 by 36 by 38 inches) is available in suction and pressure blast models, and accepts popular options - turntables and tracks for heavy parts, vertical doors to speed loading, and other Options Plus modifications. Dust Collector
Reverse pulse cartridge dust collector (which traps 99.7% of dust down to 0.5 micron) allows non-stop, high-production blasting. The polyestercellulose cartridge is automatically pulse cleaned for maximum filter efficiency. Worn cartridge can be replaced in minutes.

Tungsten Carbide Blast Nozzle
The system comes with a 3/16” orifice a Tungsten Carbide pressure blast nozzle, which consumes 38 cfm of compressed air when blasting at 80 psi. The nozzle's longwearing properties ensure hundreds of hours of service with glass bead media.

Pulsar IX Suction & IX-P Pressure Blast Cabinets
The Pulsar IX (suction or pressure) is the largest cabinet in the Pulsar series. It features a separate skid-mounted power module, large view window and a 2.0 cu.ft. capacity ASME-coded vessel on the pressure model. Work surface is flush with doorsill for easier access. Overall dimensions for cabinet are 87" H, 61" W x 57.5" D. Working chamber dimensions are 45" H x 55.5" W x 50.5" D. Power Module is 93" H x 50" W x 62" D.

The Bicarbonator Soda Blast Cabinet

The Aerolyte PSB 2342B Bicarbonator Pressure Blast Cabinet is designed specifically for use with sodium bicarbonate media for degreasing, cleaning, and paint stripping. Soda media is non-toxic, nonhazardous, and soft, making it ideal for delicate substrates; and it is water-soluble simplifying the process of residual media removal and disposal.

Unique patented ClearView™ ventilation technology provides outstanding visibility during soda blasting, unlike any other cabinet on the market.
